House Of Clogs Canada serves customers throughout Canada and operates through an international fulfillment network, including a physical operation in the United States and fulfillment locations in Canada and China.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
House Of Clogs Canada operates through an international fulfillment network.
We maintain a physical operation in the United States, and products may be dispatched directly from there. We also operate through fulfillment locations in Canada and China.
Depending on product availability, inventory location, destination, logistics, carrier availability, and operational requirements, an order may therefore be fulfilled and dispatched from Canada, the United States, or China.

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled separately and may arrive in more than one package.
Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, or other rights that may arise under applicable consumer protection legislation because of delayed or failed delivery.
9. INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT
Because our fulfillment network operates across multiple countries, an order may travel internationally before being delivered to its destination in Canada.
Depending on the fulfillment origin, an order may be dispatched from Canada, the United States, or China.
Internationally fulfilled orders may be handled by multiple logistics providers before being transferred to a local or final-mile carrier in Canada.
Any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or similar amounts will be handled or disclosed as required by applicable law and our Shipping Policy.
The location from which an order is fulfilled does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable Canadian law.
10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
House Of Clogs Canada provides a voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible products.
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered, subject to the conditions contained in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact us before returning any product.
Our physical operation and fulfillment locations are not automatically designated return addresses. The appropriate return destination will be provided where applicable after a return request has been reviewed.
Our voluntary return policy operates in addition to any mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies available under applicable Canadian law.
11. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
